It seems like Moi dix Mois, Versailles, D, and Matenrou Opera are doing a sort of collaborative promotion in 2023.
1. They'll be touring together in September/October 2023, and also individually throughout the year.
2. "The ban on being vocal at lives is lifted" (????) I guess this is related to what Mana was saying on Twitter about how he wanted his fans to be louder.
3. They're "creating a new scene" called Japanese Visual Metal, which sounds like it amounts to each of the 4 bands in question promoting the others on SNS and encouraging their respective fans to support the other bands.
There will be a pop-up shop in Shibuya this month, with a number of talk events being held:
