Well, contrary to those comments, she definitely doesn't have a gothic or a neo-classical sound. Electronica and pop seem to hit the spot in my opinion.

Well her songs are pretty simple, they're catchy, she's being produced on a major label, so I think that's pop. Think Mylene Farmer-style pop I think she's kind of like that, minus the edge and plus some classical elements.

I've been through the same problem, but in my case, it's no Kanon's song but those Donkey Kong Country sounds Everytime I close my eyes, specially before sleeping, I see those monkeys jumping, the noise of the barrels exploding, the bad alligators and the bananas being collected I can't take it anymore.
