Mana in GLB 21

And makes me think... why Mana want to use less make-up? maybe he thinks he's getting old and too much make-up doesn't suit him anymore, or he just wanted to look natural, but this is the second time he does this.

I think he looks beautiful, but I loved the way the lipstick shaped his lips.

I think it's becoming more popular for less makeup in lolita. I always hated using lipstick, so I'm glad Mana-sama is also using flesh-colored lipgloss.

The second and fourth pictures are pretty cool. I don't think that he's wearing any less makeup than he always has; it's just as you said, he's going for a more natural look, which is better fitting.

I think he only looks really dumb with blonde/blindingly orange hair and tops that look like EGM (Elegant Gothic Maternity) XD

I dunno, I think he's been slowly edging into a more generic JRock look (at least in the GLB). I mean, if you changed his clothes, he could pass for just another VK guy.

But I think I like him better looking natural

It's the Christon Cafe in Shinjuku (or somewhere in Tokyo, that place is too big ), I've never been there, but I saw it during one of the three million times I got really really lost XD Looks like a regular building from the outside.

Ah, I really like the second picture. I think he looks much better with the slightly less makeup he's been using; it's natural that you don't look as good madeup as you get older. Natural/lightly madeup skin tone with just his eyes and mouth darkened makes him look much better than whiteface would at this point.

I just grabbed the GLB21 scans from somewhere else and figured I;d hop over here to see if there was a thread for Mana's shoot yet.

I read a comment somewhere else that he looks about 10 years younger in these pics. I've seen much larger versions, and he really DOES look younger than. It seems that he's de-aging and man-i-fying!

Next GLB he'll look like a 16 year old boy with shady facial hair and a big boyish grin!

if that were ever to happen, I think my brain would overload from the insanity of it all and possibly implode or something to that general effect XD

I must say he seems to be cracking more of a smile nowadays, though. I think he looks really nice with a slightly more natural look ^_^ great scans! I saved a couple of them <3
