The age old question...
Personally, I prefer Marvel. I find the characters more imaginative and relatable as many of the comics take place in the present and usually revolve around social commentary of predjudice against minorities (Sexism, Homophobia, Racism, etc.) that's easy to understand and learn from. I also believe that many of the stories are inspirational to those minorities and help them get through tough times-- I know it has worked for me.
