The Jack Daniels was an important prop for the Motley Crue cover band. The Crue used to be notorious for guzzling Jack like water (even more than other hair metal bands) so it was necessary for Mana to have a bottle too for that part of Dis Inferno. XD I thought the contents of the bottle were more likely iced tea than whiskey.

They came out to "Red Hot" and played "Looks That Kill." The best part was "Vince's" farewell to the audience:
"Thank you TO-KI-YO!"
A 3-syllable "Tokyo"! That's attention to detail! (ROFL)

Yes, it's interesting to read what Mana says about Motley Crue in the latest Madousho. I really admire how he plays with his interests even though most of his Japanese audience wouldn't understand the references.

I felt like I was the only person in the audience who knew Motley Crue. Nobody else seemed to know the song. But it was the same with the Buck-Tick song. I saw one girl who was obviously a BIG Buck-Tick fan rockin' out, and everybody else just looked confused.

I'm blonde but I didn't wear a black hat... ^^ I think that was a friend of mine.

Fangirly? excuse me? I take that as a direct insult. I'm just a woman with a healthy sexual appetite. There's a difference between a woman who admires someone's sexual appeal or good-looks, and a woman who carries a J-rock plushie or squeals about how she and that celebrity are meant to be together. I am NOT the latter. Next time please choose a more appropriate adjective.
