Juka, Kazuno, Tohru Interview
Please tell us about the good and bad points of the members. Let's start with Juka's good points; Tohru, what do you think?
T: Juka's good points?...His good points?!?...gosh, that's hard!!! (laughs) He has a lot of bad ones but...(laughs) If I speak strongly, during the shows everyone's always saying he's doing everything wrong and stuff, and he acts all sulky and depressed by it at the time. But he doesn't carry it on to the next day, and says "hi" with a fresh face. So it's that he leaves everything that's upset him behind with that day, and doesn't carry it with him to the new one.
Just now you said "he acts like he's all sulky and depressed"...?
J: "Isn't that a bad point though?!"
T: "No, I thought I'd make it a tentative good one."
Well then, Kazuno, what is Juka's best point?
K: Let's see...Juka's best point is that he is tall. I am too, but I am still not as tall as he is.
And what would you like him to fix?
K: When we were in Hiroshima, I really like these little fish (shishama), see, but he seemed like he had never had them before and so I decided...
J: Poor fishes...
K: ...right, and he kept saying that, but it was really like he was saying, "let me try them" too! And so he did. And then he was like, "Oh, I can eat this! and what's wrong with you you weirdo!!! *while hitting Juka*
Well then, last is Manasama.

If you are referring to the European release of Merveilles, I think that's pretty unfair and I don't undrestand what it has to do with old editions of the Madousho either. I enjoyed your translations.faith wrote:

Ummm... thanks for translating so far, and I know there are not many people who sit there and translate for others, but don't you think you're taking yourself a little too seriously? Just because you have a website (and not a terribly famous one either) that has translated MM lyrics, that means that Midi:Nette should not be publishing any english lyrics of MM songs? O_o; like... bah? Did you even get permission from them to reproduce their lyrics in the first place?faith wrote:

it's half and half. I mean, if I don't know what's going to be translated regarding MM and MdM, I'm not going to put all I have into making what I consider a perfect translation just to have them release it somewhere else *they each take over a week if they're songs*
As for my site, go to google and type in "Malice Mizer lyrics" or "translations"...no, it's not scape or anything, but I get my fair share. Especially from Japan recently (god knows why).
I'm serious about Schwarz Stein though. I'd rather focus on them ^_^ I like Hora best cause he's horribly grumpy.

It's like maybe it'll break, but he's just like '_' and gets in the elevator. Maybe he should pay more attention to things like that. (Tohru) *I think that was it, at least*

I still don't understand what Midi:Nette's European releases have to do with old Madousho issues that will never get translated because they were fan club only. And Schwarz Stein were also on Midi:Nette, so how do you know that their stuff won't get translated?faith wrote:

But just to make this a good thing to have here...
Juka said he went to karaoke to practice his song growling and the karaoke person came in to make sure he was okay. He told them he was just habitually drunk, and still thinks it's great.
He really is adorable.
