I'm guessing they were checking the inventory and found that 
"Happy Bag"...? Why does that name amuse me so much?
I'm betting it's all the same 1998 tour junk you can buy by the truckload on CDJapan.
Hm.... still it is suspicious that they would release a Malice Mizer item now, even if it is of old stuff. They could always sell those separately.

Well, if it is a "happy bag" it might have lots of stuff. For 3000円 (which is a reasonable price for me) it does not look like it is going to have unique and extremely cool items. Sounds like what Flowers said.
Well, even if it is the stuff that's on CD Japan, you're getting it at a bargain price (15,000 yen worth of goods). Sarah from mana-sama.net posted the content of her happy bag and it doesn't look too shabby:
