Why France? Why Germany? OH why? 
Because Europe only consists out of France and Germany, obviously.

They only come to these countries just because the native music scene in France and Germany sucks! Isn't it so?

^ Yup, I prepared 5 small giftbags for Közi, the band and miyu as well. I all gave them the same except for Közi who has a little...extra gift in his bag lol. At first I was breaking my head as well about what I was going to say but I decided I will just go there and react spontaneously to what ever might happen.

I've noticed this as well! France/Germany seem to have bigger fanbases but I think the smaller countries & even England is seriously overlooked. Hopefully with more bands going to different countries in Europe they'll open up the floodgates for bigger/longer tours in other countries.
Maybe it's beacause French and german have more 'staff or organisation' to make such concert possible.
I mean France is the first importer of manga and no mater what we say visual kei is linked to the manga fanbase and I'm sure that clearly help!
I really hope to see all the scapers coming to this event! I'll surely be with lempicka and pierrot hime and also Kasumi all the day ^^!
