All joking aside. Hello everyone. New member here. Came across this site not too long ago and looked like a good place to meet some new friends. So, here I go...


I'm 18 years old and live in the U.S.A. Some of my favorite bands/artists include: FAKE?. Oblivion Dust. LUNA SEA. Tourbillon. X Japan. Dope HEADz. BUCK-TICK and GUN DOG.

Umm, I kinda only just noticed this thread, so I guess I'll make an introduction here, too, seeing as I've only been here a couple of days. Well, not much to say about me really. (Okay, there is, but I'm not gonna go writing pages all about me. You'll know more about me through my posts here. ) But, obviously I'm a fan of Malice Mizer, including many other Japanese Rock groups; particularly Dir en Grey. I'm an artist, and I've been greatly inspired by groups like Malice Mizer, and I'm currently delving into fashion designing. Right now it's just mix and match, trying to come out with my own unique style.

I'm also learning to play guitar, and me and a friend of mine are thinking about working on a project using music and digital art. I can be a nice guy, very open minded, and like to express my own views on almost anything, so I apologise in advance if I ever say anything that may offend anyone. Annnnd... I'm gonna shut up now. Sayounara. ^^

I really like to play music, I used to play trumpet in elementary school, which was 3 years ago. I just tried my brother's trumpet, and I still have skills, please believe. But now I play bass guitar and electric guitar. I have a Fender Standard Jazz bass and a Fender Stratocaster, (I want a Gibson Thunderbird IV and Flying V). My favorite bands include:

Oh! I completely forgot to post here.. better late than never, neh?

I'm kinda new here. I already forgot my join date.. oh well. I've been too lazy to set up a proper account, i.e. avatar, sig and whatnot. At least at the moment. My name.. well it depends. I don't like my birth name so I'm changing it in a couple of years when I hit 18.

I am currently 16, and my birthday is a cursed day. September 25th. You may remember this for such travesties as the death date of John Bonham of Led Zeppelin and the official closing of the hide musuem.

I have very odd musical tastes. Before I really got into the Visual Kei music scene I was big into the Black Metal scene in Norway, even changing my singing style to a black metal-esque way of singing. It varies from that to other ways of singing, sometimes like Eve of Destiny's Haruhiko Ash.

But I love music and I fully intend to be a musician! But of course at the moment I'm at a crossroads on what I wish to play and such. I used to play guitar but I lack an affinity for it, so I am thinking of picking up the bass and keyboards/synthesizers. Other than that I sing and write lyrics and poetry all the time.

I would list some of my favorite bands but I think if I did then it'd just be a page long list so I won't bother you with it.
