edit: Oh and also, assuming he is dead, I'm just wondering if these bands are being worked too hard and it's taking a toll on their health. For one thing I can't imagine it was healthy for Jasmine to perform on stage with all those hot lights with that costume. I've thought this even before his death. He must have been roasting.

I was thinking this about a few J-rock bands actually; the idea of wearing a massive costume and shit loads of makeup under intense lights while prancing around for 2hrs must have an adverse affect on your health in many ways (i.e. dehydration-leading to brain damage- skin aging etc) Plus, coupled with the possibility that he was a heavy smoker who also probably didn't have great sleeping patterns due to recording, touring and general music related business; all of which could have been one too many negatives for his body to take

Edit: if this is a money making ploy... then the ring leader behind this should buy me a ticket to Japan so I can totally punch them in the face

I really don't know what to say. I've always loved Jasmine, because he was SO over the top and batshit insane with his costumes and look.

He seemed like such a sweet and gentle person and it's so sad to hear about his passing

If I remember correctly he was relatively young. Very late twenties to early thirties, I believe.

i'm feeling really shocked and extremely sad about this...

im feeling specially bad becuse a few days ago i said i will take away my support to him just because i saw him wearing fur... though he was a really nice person and he may doesn't know how bad was wearing fur. T_T

i said horrible stuff about him cause i was angry... T_T

now i'm so sorry, i've always loved him and respected him as the great musician he is-was and i don't care about anything else. I just want to listen his beautiful voice and his extremely gorgeous bass.

I heard about this today. The reason it was so shocking was because it seemed like he just needed a break and would be back in a few weeks or months.


I wonder if they will stay together as a band/replace him. It's crazy since they just went major.

So - well he's dead but his soul and his heart will complete the Quintet forever.

I wouldn't wonder if they write "Ascendead Master" at every release, like Malice "Eternal Blood Relative" for Kami.

They will keep on (I think so!) I think it's his will that they keep on.
And I think - they will not change their name, because he's a part of Versailles! In their and our hearts.

We will not see him as a person, not hear him with his bass, but we can feel him in our hearts.

He's the Ascendead Master of Versailles and ever will be!
