By the way, I don't think shipping will cost that much. The book is actually quite light and it's not large. It's a standard A5 hardcover notebook. Like this

Woooh. i love such things in forums, this is so coolsome idea as this forum includes people all over the world. As i understood the book got lost (didnt read all the 18 pages), bwahh, the idea is way too winning to end up like this. :'
