So apparently TCST is coming to the east coast. I guess Tainted Reality is bringing them over. They are an amazing band and deserve more attention.

Any thoughts or opinions?

Where exactly? If it's not too far I could go :cool:. I'm excited, but I still don't understand why bands like them get asked to come o_o;

Are TCST playing in venues or being pimped out in conventions or what?

Ugh, I don't have funds to travel to the east coast. I'd love to see/meet Jack and Peggy. ;0;

Yeah they're doing an east coast tour. Dates and venues aren't known yet.

Oh, it would be a tour? How awesome. They haven't even said in which Quarter of the year or in what year it would be?

At times like these I once again wish that I was born in some bigger country.

I hope that I can someday see them live :( But I wish that those who can go enjoy themselves. Maybe there will be live reports :)

If anyone wanted to know, they've got 2 dates already.

May 20th. Cambridge, Mass. at The Middle East doors at 1pm?! :P
May21st. New York, NY. The Knitting Factory. Doors at 7pm.

The cost for these is 16 dollars.

I may try and go to the NYC show, if indeed they're not going to play the West Coast...though, I may not.

I was thinking of going to the New york show, but I'm still holding out for an MdM U.S. tour this spring. I want my first concert ever to be really good. ::k::

First one to post a review.

I have just gotten back home from seeing The Candy Spooky Theater in New York. If I could sum it all in one word it would have to be.... EXCELLENT. (either that or spooktacular >> ) I have to say, out of all the bands I have gone to see so far this one takes the cake. I had the best live experience ever so to say. I got there early with my friends because we had nothing better to do and were the first in line, made friends with the other arrivers. We hung outside the venue until they let us in, ect. I was front row, right in front of Jack Spooky himself. Their performance was impeccable, besides a few mishaps that were quickly taken care of. None was their fault though. Jack seemed very happy with the crowd in New York, and we got them to do an encore at the end, which from what I know from my spooky crazed friend has never really happened before. We shouted our lungs out for them, and they came. I can't remember another live where I had so much fun, so much dancing, so much singing along and just pure FUN. Sadly Zull leaves the band after their live in Baltimore tommorow and if it wasn't for a doctor's appointment I have I would have gone with no question. I -strongly- recommend anyone to see The Candy Spooky Theater live if you like them.

Sorry that wasn't much of a review, I'm extremely out of it. I got body slammed a lot by jack, which was really fun. At the end of their last encore song Jack dove into the crowd and slammed me in the face, which was soon followed by Zull kicking me in the gut o_o! I was too hyped up at the moment so i guess all the adrenaline took away the pain, but at the end when i walked my first step out of the pit i nearly collapsed from dizzyness due to extreme headbanging/spazthrashing/ and dancing!

I posted my review of the concert on my LJ, with a few pictures.

http://sadhaven.livejournal.com/4871.html?view=6151#t6151

I was the guy all the way at the end next to the wall Peggy tried to kick down. Not to exaggerate, but I was really scare of him, I though he would kick me in the face.
Thankfully everything got better at the end, thanks to this photo.

You'll have to read what happened, it was an interesting/scary turn of events. I also posted all the pictures I took of the band, but It's a private entry, for friend's only.
