So I got bored and was reading bootleg descriptions on ebay. They had a track listing for Nocturnal Opera and I got a kick out of these.

"01. Unbite to Immorality
05. Dizard
06. Mehpisto Waltrz
07. Mad Ungrain"

I dunno, i thought that was pretty funny.

lol it just so happpens tho that i found that when i imported the CD over into I tunes there were some werid spelling mistakes.
Actually (this is new to me) but i ust realised that Mana spelt a song title wrong
What i alway thought was "Invite to Immortality" turned out to be "Inbite to Immorality"

Oh and also the reason why ppl call it "Dizard" Is beacuse the font for the V seems to look VERY much like a D infact im not even sure if it is a V (allthough that the lyrics claim it to be Vizard, its just that the song's title font says other wise)

When i put the CD into iTunes, too, some of the titles were off. :D

Inbite...
Bizard..
Bestige.. stuff like that.

I like "Mehpisto" best. XD You'd think bootleggers would make some effort to spell things right...it's not that hard to find out the titles, is it?

Shinzo: Problem is, 'vizard' is a word (which fits the lyrics of the song) while 'dizard', to my knowledge, doesn't actually mean anything. XD Where does Mana call it "inbite"? It's an understandable Engrish mistake, but I don't remember seeing it. Unless I'm so used to Engirsh mistakes I didn't even notice it. ;D

Navate, it says Inbite on the back of the CD cover, it also says it in the Inlay where it details alll the tracks.
I also knew that it wernt Dizard, but it just looked as if Mana messed up with the gothic font beacuse that V sure looks like a D. XD
wtf, it does! XD The v and b look so similar in the font (same thing with the D/V thing) that I didn't notice. But comparing it to the v in "vestige"...hahahaha!

holy hell it really does say "inbite" :shock: as for "immortality" i could very well be the one to blame for that...i hit the "r" and "t" key at the same time while talking to someone on aim once..and ever since then i've referred to it as "invite to immortality" all over the web ^^;

Oddly enough, when I backed up my very-legitimate copy of Nocturnal Opera onto my computer, the tracks came in as "Inbiteto Immorality", "Bestige", "Dizard", etc. Very weird.

XDDD @ Mana.

Mebbe they decided to write it in engrish?

I second that....

as for the spelling mistakes i dont think thats the case... i think its just his choice of fonts... when i looked at the back... it took me a second or two but not once did i call invite inbite... ah well... another chapter in M10M lore goes into the books.. lol

Edit: that doesnt go to say though that they dont look that way..Invite to Immortailty does look like Inbite to Immortality.. but something just told me that wasnt right...

what do I need to do to Windows Media Player to be able to rip Japanese cds without it giving me a bunch of squares for titles?

That's funny.

I thought it was just a spelling error on itunes part. Hmm... well in either case I think Mana meant for it to be invite to immorality...

The best way to figure it out is to go to www.neowing.co.jp. If the site displays the proper japanese text then you have it on.
If not then simply go to
Control panel
Date, time etc
then select Add languages.
Once that comes up there will be a toolbar saying languages click on it and then click on the box that allows windows to display Jap etc

aha... this is where my confusion has always stemmed from. The website displays the proper Japanese text (as most websites do) but windows isn't actually set to support Japanese. It always asks to install a nonexistant cd.

Well, you should be pleased to know that the CD it is asking you to install is basically a CD that you got your Windows on. Errm I personally dont have a seprate windows CD and so mine is bundledin with my system resetore cd. If you have one of these then this is where you should look. If not just borrow a mates CD and let it be idle while u click those boxes
