What do you think the vocal ranges of the Malice Mizer and Moi Dix Mois singers are?

I'd like to claim Klaha as a bass, since I am a bass myself, but he sounds more like a baritone.

Anyway, has anyone ever tried to find out what is the highest and lowest note that each singer can sing is?

I knew a singer that could break glass with his vocals. A metal band named Nitro. The singer was Jim Gillette. So I forget what his octave was. 9??? So if he was a nine maybe Gackt is a five. I do not really find gackt's voice that high.. Tetsu was higher in my opinion.

Tetsu deffinitely sang higher than both Gackt and Klaha, I believe, though Gackt did have a decent range, all in all.

Gackt does have an impressive range. Just listen to like "4th..." "Ares" or "Dybbuk" and he seems comfortable in those ranges, not like it's his boundaries or anything.

9th Octave?

Not even the piano goes that high.

I highly doubt the 9th octave is singable.

Thats going into hypersonic.

Here is a funny tidbit about this Jim Gillette guy.. enjoy.
THE DANGER OF METAL POWER
When Nitro vocalist, Jim Gillette, set out to shatter crystal goblets with his voice during the video shoot for the band's first single, "Freight Train," director John Seay was not quite prepared. The camera angle was perfect, the goblets exploded, but Gillette's voice was so powerful it also shattered the camera lens. Nitro is now thinking about printing a disclaimer on their concert tickets stating, "We like to shatter no glass before its time, but if we do, there ain't nothing you can do."
