Where am I not located??
wow.
Thats definately a hard question.

If I am in a mood for something heavy I throw DI in with Pessimiste, Ange and Dialouge Symphony being my favorite songs from th album

NO, BTG, DIxanadu AAAHHH! THis is too hard of a question.

I'll decide when I'm done obsessing ovr Dixanadu.

Dix Infernal.
I do, however, wish that Vain and Metaphysical existed back then, so that they could be on that album. :)

i believe that mana should use electronics less, since he's obviousley not a skilled user of those wanabe-industrial sounds.

only track featuring industrial elements that was good (enough) was Deus Ex Machina imo.

I disagree with you entirely. I think that Mana could make some pretty good electronic music as long as he doesn't go in to dance music pukeface. Deus ex machina was just a taste of where he can go with electronics.

indeed it was, but sadly he didn't go there with his electronics. The industr. parts of Exclude are pretty much DEM clones, and bad ones at that. The sounds could be so much more powerfull, as could the synthesizers be.

oh, and you did not happen to call me pukeface just yet did you?
i am merely stating my opinion here. And i like industrial dance music too, so no need to call that ''puke'' as well. There's no need to be rude.

I think Mana's electronics are fine. He's not making industrial music, so there's really no reason to compare them.

since the sounds are quite alike i think the comparison is pretty much in place

i don't think they suck or anything, i do think that they could have been so much more.
Mana's synths (with that i don't mean any harpsi's, organs or violins etc, but the one like in Exclude) are so.. simple.
They are so weak compared to the other way better produced sounds (guitars etc) he has in MDM.

Demanufacturer: No, I didn't call you pukeface. Haha. I was making a pukeface.

But, I agree that his synth is really simple. If he can bring it to the level that he brings the instruments to, then that would be amazing. That is what I mean when I say Deus ex machina is just a taste. It shows that Mana has a lot of electronic potential. It's just a matter of him pursuing it more seriously now.

ah, that clears things up :P

I agree with you about mana having potential, as he indeed showed with Deas Ex Machina. However, this potential seems to be gone on Dixanadu, at least for me.

He could learn a thing or two (or a million) about electronic music from Hora :P

I've liked everything from Moi dix Mois except the song vain on BTG, and this is a hard decision, but I'll have to go with Dixanadu.

It just has more feel to it than their older stuff. There seems to be more energy and more of a prescence on this album

Dix Infernal is and has been always my favorite. But, the drumming couldve use some help. Thank god for Hayato.
