@Inertia. Yeah, i mean't the "Were the Cat Walk" video. I seen it that it was a video and assumed it was on DVD. -_-" Is this available, or was it like a Fan Club gift?

I just got off my lazy bum and dug up the old order forms for the Cat Walk tour document video. It was only VHS, no DVD option.

It was a mail order item but not restricted to FC members. We received order forms at the Cat Walk tour shows and could turn them in with payment at the goods table or do regular mail order. It was never available in stores so now you'd have to get it secondhand.

Oh thanks for the information. Now, i'll be on the look out for it, i bought Confessions of a Love on Third Stage yesterday, I didn't see this video, though.

Do you think it's worth tracking down? 'cause if it's not, i wont' bother.

I think it's worth finding. It has live clips from all the shows on the Cat Walk tour, backstage footage, and excerpts from instore events. (and an embarrassingly clear shot of me, in the middle of the crowd at the Fukuoka show ^^) It's fairly short, maybe 30 to 40 minutes, and it's a little frustrating that it's so short and they don't show more of the songs, BUT it also contains all the best footage ever shot of New Sodmy. For the live segments, both the video and sound quality are much better than "Last Lie." I'd definitely recommend "Cat Walk"!

You don't want them... you really don't. I bought the demo of theirs that had 6 songs on it... and it sucked so badly that I sold it and didn't even save any MP3s of it. It really, really sucked - and not even in the funny, worthwhile way that the Gesshoku demo sucked. Save your money XD

I've noticed that there seems to a lack of information, at least that i can find about the band. Which is quite sad, because i quite like them.

"Last Lie" is a 2-video set shot at New Sodmy's last two shows. (2002/8/26 and 27, both at Omotesando FAB)
They pieced together footage from the two shows to include most of the set list, with one never-recorded-on-CD song "Dala," but did not include the encores with another unrecorded song (I never found out the title, not sure it has one) or the very last song "Actor."

I was disappointed by it because the video and sound quality is not very good and I don't feel it captured the true energy of the performances. The 8/27 show was one of their best but you can't tell from the video. The sound quality in particular was disappointing since it's from the camera microphone; I bootlegged the 8/26 show on an ordinary MD recorder with a 2,000 yen microphone worn by a companion who doesn't jump around, and my MD sounds better than the official video. They could have used the same inexpensive consumer audio equipment duct-taped to the booth and gotten a great recording, it's stupid that the sound is so bad.
