And the "A Little Village #1" name reminds me of a PS2/PC game or something...Like youre looking a map and you put the cursor on top this village and the name pops up "A Little Village #1 <--Go here to buy the latest fashion! " This thread has been great so far .

In all seriousness, though, it's weird how these thigns come together (regarding the semi-convenientness of gackt suddenly deciding to tour in the States and europe after mana does)...

This is -purely opinion-, but it almost seems like there IS some weird contest/rivalry between Mana and some of the ex members of Malice Mizer, such as Gackt and Közi.

Mana announces he intends to tour in the States, Gackt decides to as well.

Közi announces a new CD, Mana announces an American tour ((>_> well it seems SOMEONE wants to be the center of attention)) it's weird, and purely speculation because I read into things way the hell too much. But doesnt it seem a little strange to anyone else? It's probably just me, ne? X_X

Visual and j-rock acts have been touring the States from time to time over the past couple years as it is. Gackt's just joining the bandwagon; I don't think it has anything to do with Mana. Foreign tours are just the next big trend Gackt's getting on top of. It probably just takes him longer because he has a busy schedule as a mega-star, and arranging a full-scale tour on the level he does things requires a lot more staff, venue preparation, etc. than a small act.

I suppose you're right. We are talking about the man who rides horses through Tokyo Dome and likes to dance with giant cats. If/when he does a European/American tour, it'll be something splashtacular- no slapdash "Vanilla and run" in an obscure auditorium for Gackt.

I did my crazy "gag for happieness" thing when I read that. (Really, I have problems. When I get excited, I tend to feel like gagging and throwing up. hahaha)

I read somewhere that he was busy until like, 2008 or 2009, though.

Which is good for me, I guess. I can wait that long for him. I'll be out of highschool by then, at least.

But I don't think I could wait that long for Mana. I'm too impaitent for that.

Aw... instead of losing hope immediately I went to his official site and sent him a message, hinting that maybeee he could come to Spain (come on! everyone goes to France, and we are close to France...). If not, and as long as it doesn't take place this year, I'll go wherever it takes to see him. It's a vow I made to myself. Nyaaa... I'm seeing Gazette in Germany and I'll spend all my money in that trip so I hope he will plan it for next year.
About the rivalry... First thing I thought when I read the news was: "It was about time Gackt; everybody else is already doing it..." *dreamy eyes*
Yeah... it's more amusing to thing there's rivalry between ex Malice-Mizers... but personally I prefer to think there's yaoi
