I believe they did recently develope a (relatively) blue rose. And I think Yoshiki of X-japan was promoting the thing. Well, he was involved with it in some manner, anyway.

I'm not sure why anyone would watch that video and draw a connection between Yoshiki and the blue roses. I mean, the uploader spliced those two clips together, but it's obvious that they have no relation.

I think they're beautiful, but hello, Japan, the whole aura of the blue rose comes from the fact that it doesn't exist. Bioengineering one completely defeats the concept.

I finished up recording and arranging the song
that Sony offered to put me in charge of the other day.

As I was taking a second to heave a sigh of relief in the studio,
Muu-chan, the director of Defstar, with a brilliant smile and being the mood-maker he is,
brought some Snoopy coffee for me into the studio.

On sony's side of things, they've lifted their ban on talking about this,
so I have an announcement for you all.
For Kanon Wakeshima's second album out in July, "Shoujo Shikake no Libretto", I didn't serve as the total producer like last time,
but I composed six songs and arranged two.
For the song I was talking about in the entry, I was serving as the sound director. [?]

I'm feeling pretty good about it, and the songs are all finished up, so look forward to it!

Whenever you see Snoopy stuff in America, it's usually associated with a granny sweater or a greeting card.
