I don't really see it as a concern. Mana shall do as he pleases with his music. If he wants the new singer (if theres a new official singer) to sing old songs then he has all the rights to do so.

Come on, he's almost certainly under 40. Plenty of artists (like Hirasawa) keep performing in the spotlight at 40, 50, and older.

That's so true.

Last year (to the horror of security) Mana walked into the Japan Expo thinking that nobody would recognise him because 1) he was wearing his "incognito uniform", and 2) people in Europe don't know him anyway. Of course he was recognised immediately.

when i saw mana at the notre dame he wasn't really in that "incognito uniform". just black clothes and sunglasses... he didn't really look much different from that huge group of japanese business-like people a few meters away from him . i didn't realise it was him until i passed him.

He performed it at his first live with Malice Mizer, along with almost every other Tetsu-era song. They kept out most of the live Tetsu songs, though.

I've heard him sing it a few times, maybe 2 or 3, many people don't like it, but I actually like Gackt's version ^^; But like I said, no one should ever listen to my reccomendations of music, lol

On topic of a new singer and stuff....Mana has a bad habbit of finding amazing singers so I really wouldn't worry about his new singer sucking. I would really like to here the songs from there first two albums replayed not just forgotten as I liked most of them.

I've been thinking about M10M's old songs performed with a new singer...
Some weeks ago, I thougt I wouldn't like it, but I've changed my opinion.X Japan changed " Week End " for the single version ( that single was released after the album which contained the original version ). It sounds ... amazing. There's a piano part and an orchestra part....
So I think, if Mana changes his style once again, it would be interesting to hear new versions of old songs.
