I'm glad for you guys! I'l member of M+A but only Standard member! I didn't renew my platinum membership because at the moment of my renewal there was no longer madoshous...I'm glad they finally fixed the problem!

I already needed 2 blinders before the problem started last year and i didn't buy some because i was sur i was not going to receive them.... but now it's urgent i need them.

Once when i ordered from the mon amour shop I also payed and there was nothing. So i mailed them a few moths later and the sent it our in the same day (actualy it came from them to me in a record time!!)
They said that they had trouble ....
Maybe try and send them a mail and the babelfish japanese translation (I did once and got the reply in the same day - maybe they payed more attention cause of the funny translation )
