Mon+amour help...

So. I've been trying to join Mon+amour three times this week and I've really been looking forward to do so. But I've got this problem... Everytime when I've written down all the credit card information and pressed "Continue/Payment", a page showing this pops up: http://img91.imageshack.us/img91/1702/damnig3.jpg :/

I've emailed midi:nette and asked why this keep happening, but so far I've got no answer (I sent the email one week ago...). And I've also been surfing around the web for answers, but sadly enough, I haven't found anything.

My question is: has anyone else on the board experienced this, and how did you solve it? :/ I feel really sad right now since I've been saving up all this money to finally join... ;__;

Maybe it's because you're inputing the number wrong. I don't mean like, wrong numbers, I mean wrong format. Like sometimes it needs to be xxx-xxxx-xxx- or something like that with those dashes, or spaces. MAYBE.xD

We need more info to understand what's going on here. What kind of credit card are you using? Have you used it successfully before on international purchases? I assume you're not over your limit or your per-purchase limit (if it's a debit card) or anything?

@Garnet in the Eden: Well.. I've been entering it as they want on the page, so I don't think that's the problem.

@flowersofnight: I'm using a Visa. I've tried both with my own card and my dad also tried with his card, but the same thing keeps happening... :/ Oh, and yes, I've used it to pay on sites like cdjapan before so it shouldn't be a problem. And I've still got plenty of money on my account.

@Garnet in the Eden: the dashes and spaces don't matter. You shouldn't input them generally.

@Katsu: Did you have to input a verification code? I seem to recall CDJapan requiring you to use the "Verified by Visa" thing; does Midi:Nette still have the same? Could that be causing problems?
Also, I assume you're using a standard browser, with cookies and Javascript enabled for the sites in question, right?

What I would do is call up your credit card issuer (number should be on the back of the card) and talk to them. Tell them you've tried several times to place an international order to Midi:Nette in Japan, for the amount of XXXXXyen, and ask if they have any record of it, and if so, why is it failing. They're paid specifically to deal with YOUR problems, so don't be shy!

i had the same thing some months ago, i checked and there was nothing wrong with my card or anything. i even tried it with another card and got the same problem. i emailed midi nette and they tried registering me manually, but that didn't work either so after some weeks they decided to send me a paypal request, which did work.

I've had the same problem some time ago, only I tried to pay with a Mastercard... there seems to be no reason for it at all. I e-mailed Mon+Amour too, but they never got back to me. So you might want to try to e-mail them again if they don't respond soon.

I can't help further you with this, I'm still not a member, either. I gave up rather quickly though, because I wanted M+A tickets for a concert, but when it didn't work I was like: "Hell with it, I'll just buy normal tickets then."
I was afraid it would take too long and the tickets would sell out XD

Okay I guess I had the same problem.

There are this questions where you are asked about your favourite Artist and so on. Did you fill these out? If YES just leave everything blank, because a far as I know this strange system can`t read our typing or something like that..

Give it a try I had the same problem ^__^

I wonder if it's a Visa/MC thing. I always pay with American Express and never had any problems. (and then I earn reward points that can be converted to frequent flyer miles )

Yes, I've tried without filling out that survey.. thing XD But it won't work :/ So.. I just sent another email to midi:nette asking for their help. If they won't reply, I guess I'll have to call my credit card issuer and ask them about it. Otherwise I don't know what to do. o__o;;

it could take alittle bit till they reply. When did you send your last mail? It could take up to two weeks ^_^

I had the same problem when I joined for the 3rd year again in july... It kept saying this. The thing is that I miread something in the credit card information, so it could not work out. I don't remember what it was, but I guess I mixed things about expiration date and confidential code or something like that.

I receive today the mail of MA asking me to renew my membership before the end of june.... but as everyone knows now we don't have news of them since february and really i don't want to pay for a new year if we're going to wait 3 new months before having news D=
in the same time i want to go to the dis inferno again this year so i have to be MA , i suppose i don't realy have the choise v_______v

ç_ç help me to take a decision XD;
