You don't have to be in M+A for Dis Inferno. It's not an FC only event, being a member just makes buying the tickets easier and gets you a good ticket number. That said, I think (hope) the current situation is only temporary, so I'd say renew your membership.

T.T, it's very sad. I have write about my problem before some weeks on this forum. Midi-Nette took my money for a membership, but i didn't become a member and they don't bother to write me back for more then two months! Now i can say that i hate them it is because they don't respect me as a fan. It really pi**es me of! I just want to get my money back. I won't buy more original Moi dix Mois stuff from Midi-Nette until they solve the problem

From my experience (before all this recent stuff), they are usually very helpful and nice. When I became a member, and didn't receive my Madousho-binder I wrote them about it, and they replied straight away, and it arrived shortly after. I can't be sure of course, since I don't know every single Mon+Amour-member, but I would say that this is a problem that's pretty recent. (as in the past four (?) months or so)
Be it shortage of staff, or whatever.

But it shouldn't be like this, and your experience with them is terrible! But I'm fairly certain they will take care of it eventually. They DO respect the fans, and as far as I've experienced they really want to make sure everything is in order.

I really hope your problem will be solved. And if you can, DO dispute the charges. To get their attention is defienatly needed, cause it's obvious regular emailing won't help.

I would more say the problem began last october but at that moment it was still okay, and i ame MA for now 2 years and i never had problem before .... i'm more sad than angry (talking about my own post).

I do think it's a staff problem but still they should at least find someone to write a newsletter telling us that they are sorry or something lika that, i think that would "calm" lost of MA i know and me too XD

I can't say that they respect their fans, because i have only a bad experience with them.

Yeah, well.. Since this topic got dug up again, I figured I'd add my experiences...

I sent my email to Midi:Nette about the problems I had when I wanted to join, and I got a reply where they asked me if I wanted to pay through Paypal. I replied with a yes, but I haven't got an answer since then. And it's been like 6 months now, and I sort of gave up... I was thinking of getting back to them soon, but schoolwork has kept me busy >_<

I'm really sorry for you Astral Romance, such a thing is never nice to experience. D:

I had some credit card problems in the past and they really helped me and ansered so quickly... I don't know, what's wrong with them now...

But it could be a problem with your email adress, I also had the problem, that I couldn't recieve their mails, maybe they wrote back and your email account doesn't let them in ö.Ö

(or maybe there is definitely anything wrong at the moment... the delay of Madousho isn't really acceptable...)

At the very least I think Mana should say something in his diary, if not on the memberspage itself. His english isn't that bad (I think), he should be able to make time to scribble down at least something.

But I'm more sad and even a bit worried than angry (so far).

Cause I had the question with the MA pedant I bought in august and didnt recieve (in december) and one week after the mail was sent, the pedant was here.
But no response via Email.
And the date on the bill in the package was also from december. So they had to see the mail.

Really, I'd be happy if I'd speak as well Japanese as their translator speaks English, but it's kind of a shame nevertheless that Mana hired that person...As I said, I'd be happy to speak that well Japanese as (s)he English, but I wouldn't want to publish things as "translator".
Hell yes I translate stuff with my crappy English, but that's a difference I'd say. :/

my phantasy is sometimes my biggest enemy, so I prefer imagining Mana in love over mana caught by the japanes mafia or sth else ^^'
