I really wish he'd get back into the habit of releasing singles. Someone needs to introduce him to the concept of keeping the hype train moving.

Do you think he will come up with a new album some days?

This is personnal but I had a bid change of heart recently (and some of you may remember how much I loved Mana and the band) and now when I think about the future of Moi dix Mois I can't see anything.

I don't even feel like Moi dix Mois is still a band. It's more like it's Mana and when there's an event then everyone get's together again.

So yeah I don't wish anything bad for the band but I'm doutful about when or even if an new album will be released. (didn't Mana say we would get a DVD for the ten years anniversary <_<?)

Oh yeah, I don't think he's giving up or anything. I suspect he's busy with other things lately though to keep the lights on. Maybe even *gasp* some sort of "real" job on the side XD

Hasn't that been his position from the start? It's "Mana Project", not a band. He's always been very insistent that we recognize who The Master Of Moi Dix Mois is (Next album he's going to be "God-Emperor of Moi dix Mois", you heard it here first XD)
I think it's just more obvious now as M10M's activity has slowed down, and the Minions of Darkness do other projects on the side when they're not on-duty.

Yes it has but for a while it felt like they were a tight group or at leadt Mana, K and Seth seemed to me like a solid base for the band but now I don't know...

song/album or not, mana needs perform more than xmas and bday gigs, and his clothes line this year to keep the brand rolling.

Still, this year was meant to be the year of minor renovations in my house to clean up for the big stuff (you know: kitchen, bathrooms, floors) but that hasn't gone to plan... so there is no criticism.

edit: He did share the same name as the main character at one point after all

edit2: i'm happy to see Mana talking about working on new music, but I am afraid that D+Sect (which I consider to be a giant leap in a great semi-new direction for M10M) was just a freak accident and that his future releases are going to go back to sounding like Dixanadu/Reprise. Also, where is the D+Sect DVD???

just from looking at it I would guess the 2nd picture was a fan made prototype or something and the first picture is Mana's refined version. I agree the Bel Air one isn't terrible.

The first one is fan-made, and the second one is a special item for a magazine or something.

And yeah, the first one is nifty. The other one needs to be put out of its misery though.
