-wasn't sure where to post this since it's random I put it in here.

Hi jeannie,

I'm sorry for the time it's taking your order to ship.

Unfortunately, Midi:Nette's office is still closed from
holidays and we could not get in touch with them this week
to find out the status of your order.

Next Monday is a public holiday, and they are taking the
entire week off.

We are expecting them to be back early next week to
respond to the inquiry. Once they sent in their response,
we'll sent you another update.

I see that we received your order so long ago, and
I think this almost too much.

If you prefer to cancel the order, we will happy to
do so and issue you a full refund.

LAMEEEEEEEEE I'm torn what to do...cancel order/get XA-VAT cd.............or be a little bitch and wait......

I was joking. Based on how shoddily Mon Amour is run, I'm not shocked that you had an order problem with Midi:Nette.

You do realize that it's UNPAID vacation right? Shitty benefits, forced to take days off AFTER the holiday.

Is sending a damn T-shirt such a big deal that it should take WEEKS?

I always thought the Japanese were super efficient, but I guess I was mistaken. ::hora::

I agree with you here xD...maybe midi:nette just ignored my order for a while...I mean I ordered D+SECT before December....so that's why I got that one I understand that...

So they just overlooked my shirt order?...that was placed on the 2nd...to make sure i got my cd on time xDDD I DUNNO hahah...
maybe the shirts are in some...dark closet somewhere and none of the staff could find them...

Maybe they polish their cds with them...or dust after taking weeks off at a time..*no clue * xD... but I'm not too upset about it...since it's been over a month my brain doesn't care anymore ahahaha....reary.

They're probably fine for domestic customers, but unfortunately smaller Japanese stores tend to not really give a shit about overseas customers (as evidenced by how most of them don't ship overseas at all). I've heard numerous stories of webshops that blacklist customers for dumb reasons, reply really rudely to inquiries, and even halt all overseas sales because of one troublesome customer.
Also, rather than "the customer is always right" it's more like "the customer should just suck it up and deal with it". Got a defective item? That's life. Maybe you should buy another one.

What? Unpaid?!

That's it, I'm filing a grievance with the Gothic Minions, Handmaidens of Darkness, Enigmatic Bodyservants, and Curry Stewards Union (local 308, Tokyo)
Don't forget about "Translation For Shit Foreigner Department", I heard they only work on on-call basis, like whenever there's an email announcement. Maybe once a year they will get a full day of work for translating 6 Madoushos in 8 hours. ;)

@Yamato-san: If you sign up as platinum member you should receive madoshous. I don't think M+N is the type of company that take your money and run.
