That really depends, though. A lot of bands have been doing reunion tours. But there's a big difference between a reunion tour and a reunion.

So this supposed K likes Smirnoff Ice? ::meev::

It would be neat if they did a project together - just the two of them - but called it something other than MM. I think it's still unlikely, but it's probably the best we can hope for.

I agree. That would be pretty cool, and like you say, just because it would be Mana and Közi working together again, it doesn't mean it would have to be Malice Mizer all over again.

I'd love for them to do some stuff as a pair again, as they did work really well together and both have great ideas within them.

I'm just afraid that people will compare "new stuff" with the "old" Malice stuff... but I know - everything that they will do (or not) it will be great and just perfect, that's what my feeling tells me.

I am NOT happy about that.
Not at all.

I really like K and I like the line up Moi dix Mois has (had?) =/

Even if K is doing it besides Moi dix Mois, I am somehow not happy with it.

But in the end it's his decision and if he likes that band better then well yes.

Concerning Mana/Közi: I don't think there'll be a Malice Mizer again. The maximum I could imagine is them doing a coupling concert and maybe working on a song together, but I can't imagine them to work together again closely, as in: in one band.

EDIT:
Mhhh, their music isn't bad actually. It's jazzy, but I like the vocals and the music is fine =3

They describe themselves as New Wave/Rock/Pop.
Well it does sound a bit happy-ish poplike.

I like Kei's vocals better than K's though '>__>
Sorry K ^^'
...Or maybe they are nice! aklsjdsl He should sing a line alone or something, not just with Kei together.
A few notes sound pretty good, but in general I am not too fond of K's voice, as far as I can say anything that is XD

I think people are reading too much into the side projects of the M10M members. They're probably just bored because M10M has been inactive all year due to Mana being busy with Kanon. Even before M10M wasn't the most involving band. All the composing is done by Mana and they weren't playing many concerts at the best of times (a handful of domestic concerts last year plus the European tour, which was a lot by their standards but not much compared to most other bands). They all should have plenty of time for other projects next to M10M, especially if Mana continues to work with Kanon.

...and part of me does want to see if Mana will be able to pull out another smooth deep voiced singer

I completely agree with Geisha.
I do realise that the long silence about MdM has made people worried about the fate of their favorite band, and that makes you look for signs about truths that aren't even the truth.
If there would be one thing these side projects of K and Seth tells us, it is that they don't like sitting around the house all day waiting for the boss to call them. They are musicians in heart and soul, they want to be able to express that. And I do think both guys are capable of working in more than one band.
If Art Cube or Sus4 would suddenly become major with gigs every week and a big fat record deal, yes than there's good reason to fear for that member's position in Moi Dix Mois.

Just one last personal note from my side:
Reading that people don't care about the other members in the band except for Mana quite sets me off! Yes, Mana is Moi Dix Mois, he could probably make it work with other people too, yet K, Seth, Sugiya and Hayato are not longer called 'project members' but 'members'. They too are Moi Dix Mois; this harmony has been what Mana has been looking for.

EDIT:
That profile of Kengo is quite interesting!
Please excuse my poor translations, but read this:

Q02 What is the origin (of his name)?
Disguise to avoid public notice

Q04 Present position?
WildBeast

Q17 Where if it lives in countries other than Japan?
L.A. Paris and Stockholm
(Paris and Stockholm... now where has MdM been? And L.A.... who again had relatives in LA? hehe)

As for MM reunion, I think they're just going to release something to commerate 10th anniversary of Kami's death. I don't really want reunion. I'm afraid it would be like trying to make a dead frog move...

I think we're getting to emotional about members' side projects. They probably just need some "freedom", they're artists after all and I quess they want to express themselves in their own stuff.

I personally didn't mean this, I meant that I don't care who is in Moi dix Mois (aside from Mana because Moi dix Mois pretty much IS Mana), I care about the actual group and their music.

same as for garnet i didn't mean that i don't care for them i really like all the actual member and even think K is doidng a lot of good to Moi dix Mois, but if i had to choose between seeing Mana continue Moi dix Mois without them and seeing the band disband then i'll choose Moi dix Mois without them ^^"

I totally agree with you. I also think that Seth(ji) and K are doing that because they get bored about doing nothing the whole day, or just as "fun" or because they want to do more. I'm not afraid about K or Seth leaving M10M, I don't think that. They wouldn't be the first guys who play in more than 1 band. Why not? They can manage it, and I know - means I hope so - that they never get a thought of leaving. They just think "Let's do something other, while Mana is busy.", that's totally okay, and I think we're too worried about them. They know what they do, and they will not leave M10M - otherwise I will run after them and  make them to my slaves and bring them back to Mana.

If Moi dix Mois got a new line-up, I'd actually bother buying their next release. It'd be nice to hear a fresh voice for Moi dix Mois, at least. I think Mana has stuck with the same general style of vocals since Klaha, and though they work, I personally think it's attributing to the fact that Moi dix Mois bores me now.

But I've said it before, and I'll say it again, I think Mana is best in a band. I think someone can be more creative if they're not having to do all of the creative jobs all the time. I really want Mana to help start a band with someone unexpected.

But, I agree that people are taking this overboard. I don't think that the announcement Mana will make soon, if any, will be a very big one, even if I hope it will be.

I agree with your point but personally I can't see Mana working with any other type of vocalist in Moi dix Mois. It is.. just so strange.

I don't think Moi dix Mois is going to have a new lineup though. Like what Geisha said, Moi dix Mois isn't a very involving band and unless their side projects becomes their #1 priority, there would be little chance that they would leave Moi dix Mois.

Still I do hope Mana and Kozi would work together for a release.

alright, so K's gonna leave MdM and Kozi is gonna join! not. lol.

I really do like current MdM. T__T

I liked MdM during the Europe tour when K was with Mana, Juka, and Kazuno.

Also Tohru... >_> Not to offend anyone but I could do without Tohru. XD

Pretty much my thoughts on this have been said already. Moi Dix Mois isn't very active at the moment so the members are probably going to branch off and do side projects. A lot of questions come up but most you just have to wait and see what will happen. I'm not extremely attached to any of the members so if any of them where to leave for their other bands then it wouldn't really bother me very much. Sucks but that's just how it goes.

Yeah I guess you can say it's kind of like a job :P (A REALLY FUN JOB I WOULD LOVE TO HAVE HA!)

They weren't getting enough hours so they have to leave to find something that does.

I really like the current line-up, I think they all graing their own touch. Of course Mana write all music and lyrics but I see them live and I can say they're all complete performer! I really don't want another line-up and I really don't think they will change now they're "members"
As for all side projects, it really interesting I guess, to discover a bit more about each members (except Sugiya :( )

I know people have said this before but I totally do not agree with this.

To me, Juka and Seth sound completely different. They don't even have the same style of singing or pitch or anything like that. And neither of them are anything like Klaha.

They're three different people and I don't think any of them have the same style.
