Not sure who else on here religiously tracks Kozi's various band activities, but here's his latest XA-VAT look, courtesy of Kozi's/XA-VAT's Twitter accounts:

No, it was a XA-VAT show, with looks inspired by Poison. Not gonna lie, first time they posted a promo pic with the new theme I had a hard time realizing it was them xD

Check this out: a t-shirt plus CD "featuring" Kozi:

The music's by him but I have no idea if he actually had anything to do with the shirt design.
It's in preorder now, 8580Y but they don't ship overseas so you'll have to go through a shopping service or similar.

Beware of the diminutive Japanese sizing, of course.

A bit late inquiring about this since the man's been doing it since June, but...

...is anyone here the proud owner of one of these? For those who don't know, Kozi's been crafting these intriguing kids of his (Uzneko-kun). He's even painted a few himself, as you can see. Apparently, the mold broke shortly after he initially produced them so I don't know how many more he will make, though I do know he has been making a little pocket money by selling them at select shows. Not sure if they were there at DSVI, though.

I was merely curious since I've seen a couple fans buy the unpainted ones and give them some nice color, so I'd love to see it here too if people have them!

Kozi and XA-VAT are back with a brand new look for the new year. Love how they had to clarify that they have not lost all their hair contrary to the new aesthetic. See the extent to how fragile their fans' feelings are. :P

Regardless, I will say this: if those bald caps come flying off, I hope someone is there to get footage of that or at least deliver some kind of report.

Took me a second look to realize Kozi's not wearing gloves XD
I wish he'd post more about fashion, he always manages to dredge up such interesting clothes.

Well, apart from creating an instagram at the start of the year, ZIZ is going to play a gig with Kap Bambino and a few other related bands.

Not sure if it's just me but I've been getting the overall feel that ZIZ is starting to really try to evolve for the better as a band which is good.

It's a tough call. Liquid Stunt Flavor delivered a bit more variety and ZIZ gave one of their best performances during DSVI to demonstrate what they can do when they're serious- but that's exactly the issue; they aren't generally that serious. While I have never seen them in person, I have seen enough footage and read various reports to gauge for myself that they capitalize more on energetic shows versus more "professional" ones, if you will. Surprising? Probably not. Kozi has always been the wild card and his boys are from a similar cut; they can get by on making noise simply because they are who they are and it doesn't seem to be any different now, haha.

Nevertheless, I would like to think that after being somewhat better received after DSVI the guys woke up to some realization that they can attract more interest if they're not just banging through sets. I'm still waiting to see what they will release in the future too.

I may be a bit biased, but the fact that they don't have Kozi writing every single song proves that they're not entirely serious.

I think it's actually a good if not great thing that Kozi has let his band mates contribute their own songs. Think of why he was happy to leave MM in the first place. I am confident that after he went through what he did, Kozi figured he would be better off doing everything Mana did not, and honestly, permitting more creative leeway is good for all of ZIZ to diversify the band seeing as they run on spontaneity. Kozi's a great composer, don't get me wrong, but I think ZIZ would lose their identity if he decided to write everything himself.
