This poll doesn't really make sense to me because.. people are voting for guys because they look like girls. So why not vote for both since you're saying "I think guys who can look like girls are prettier." which, if you think about it, makes little sense.
Thats a good point but I think the guys look good in both so....

Girls can as well. I find this poll sexist.

me too.

Towards girls I meant. And, I also was joking.

What IS beauty anyway? Many believe that it is the possession of female features, as females are commonly paired with beauty in the eyes of society. So, basically, this poll has been answered by most people who have, on terms of "Who can look better as a female?"

I believe that a man an look beautiful without looking like a woman, and a woman can be beautiful without looking like a woman too.

This poll is a little silly, because all the VK fangirls are going to pick male. ::meev::

If you pick boys because they dress up as girls, then you're really saying girls have more potential for beauty since the males are only modeling after them.

Aaaaaanyway, I voted both. I also like Navate and Ka's reasoning, so I'll second them. :)

I don't think males have necessarily to be feminine looking to be beautiful as well as I don't consider every woman to be good looking just because she's female.
In my opinion a charismatic person will always surpass a person who is wearing tons of make up whether he/she is male or female.

If you take VK as a example to proof that males have the potential to be better females ... I don't think that proves anything actually.

I don't think if one believes in beauty or indulges in its aspects that they only follow the social standards and forms of beauty. I'm probably one of the vainest people you'll ever meet, but I try to see beauty in everything. Regardless, I did vote for women simply because I find the female body more aesthetically pleasing and just because I'm horribly biased. That doesn't mean I find men ugly. Everyone is beautiful and everyone has equal potential, I just prefer women.

And such.

Hm, I'm between "both" and "females" because, as with Arison, I find the female body more aesthetic. It's more to do with how it's evenly balanced in terms of top/bottom than anything else, which means better silhoettes (sp) and the like (as long as uberchest isn't present).
Also, because of societal influences, it's somewhat unavoidable that men and women will be imprinted with certain stereotypical forms and epitomes regarding beauty. For example, with "female beauty" a man can never completely attain or understand that and visa versa. This has more to do with upbringing than natural faculties IMO, but with feminism and all the talk of "equality", I think people have a tendency to overlook the role that cultural construction plays in defining and molding youth.
I prefer the female aesthetic.

In terms of face though, definitely "both". Anyone can look good with enough make-up and the correct camera angles. Besides, personality really does affect facial features, and I do believe that when someone is truly happy or together they can appear beautiful no matter how many eyes, zits, and whatnot the have.

That's actually a myth originated by the bridal/downmarket fashion industry in order to sell more photo sets, fancy accessories, and whatnot.

Really, beauty comes down to a science. The more symmetrical your features are, the more others will find you appealing. It's human instinct. Of course, it also comes down to personal preference, the influence of culture... Beauty is rather abstract, I think; gender has nothing to do with it.
